The PDA, which Samsung first put on display at the Mobile WiMax Summit 2006, is preloaded with Microsoft&#8217;s Windows XP and comes with a 5-inch WVGA screen, a 30-GByte hard drive and a 1.3-megapixel camera. The 1GHz Transmeta-powered gadget weighs just a little over a pound.<br />
